What is the payment method?
Oobi accepts VISA, Master Card, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal.
What if I received a faulty?
Oops! It is a really rare occurrence but if you receive a faulty, damaged, or the wrong item please get in contact with them as soon as possible at Oobi and they will resolve that straight away customer service is their jam!
Can I exchange my products?
Of course! And Oobi is happy to offer exchanges straight to you on full-priced items. Please contact Oobi and then return it to them and they will replace it (as soon as they receive the garment) for a different size.
Oobi offer store credit for sale priced items, which you can use to order the sizes you require.
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, and the garments must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.
I made a mistake in my order! Can I change it?
Changes and additions can be made to orders before 1 PM during non-sales periods, and before 10 AM during sales periods. However, Oobi cannot guarantee that they will be able to make these changes if the order has already been packed.
My membership rewards points balance is zero, but I’ve made purchases?
In rare circumstances, the membership rewards points can have a slight delay in updating. Just let them know by emailing Oobi and they can make sure your account balance is correct.
