Unfortunately, they are unable to dispatch or deliver orders on Victorian public holidays, which may result in further delays.
Windsor Smith aims to dispatch items in 3-7 working days, but it could take up to 14 working days during sale periods. Once dispatched, you will receive a consignment number, which you can use to track your shipment.
If you change your mind or order the wrong size, you can return your shoes for an exchange or refund within four weeks of delivery. Your shoes must be unworn and returned in a resealable condition via post or ParcelPoint.
