What is the payment method?
W Concept accepts VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
How do I track my order?
After an order has shipped, you may find your tracking information in the “Track Order” section located at the bottom of the page. While W Concept aim to always deliver within the specified times, they aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
How much is my tax?
For all international countries, all duties and taxes will be added and shown on the check-out page.
How long will it take to process my order?
Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive your Order Confirmation Email as soon as W Concept have received your order. Please allow about 1 week for your order to remain in the “Processing” stage, after your order has been processed.
Can I exchange order?
W Concept does not accept exchanges. Customers must follow the return process (stated above) for any unwanted products and will need to place a new order for their desired product.
W Concept is not able to alter orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a re-stocking fee of $12.00. If you would like to change the size of an item in your order, the item will need to be cancelled, and a new order must be placed.
Can I cancel my orders?
You cannot cancel any items that are already at the “ Shipped by the Brand ” status. If your order has already shipped and cannot be modified, you may follow W Concept return policy.
