• Should your dog cause damage to any area of the property, a minimum fee of $500 will be charged to your account. Additional charges apply for damage to furnishings and fittings.
• Dog bowls and beds are to be retained in your room at the end of your stay. Should you wish to purchase these items to take home, they are available at Flavours of Langham boutique in the lobby.
• Please arrange regular toilet breaks for your dog in designated areas outside the hotel grounds, such as away from the pool, porte cochere, restaurant and bar areas, and conference centre.
• To maintain the wellbeing of all guests, dogs are not permitted on any furniture in the lobby or throughout the hotel's public spaces. This applies to all sofas, chairs, benches, and any other seating or decorative pieces.
• Beyond the customary $200 per night bond for extras, a separate $500 will be pre-authorised on your credit card upon arrival as a security deposit. This will be returned at checkout, provided no damage or additional cleaning is needed following your pet's visit.
