If you do not want to post your return, Forcast will also accept an in-store return for an Exchange or Giftcard only.

When will I receive my refund/credit note?

Once Forcast have received your returned package, your items will be assessed to ensure they meet the return requirements. A refund or credit note will be processed within 3-14 business days. Once processed, an email notification will be sent to the email provided on your original order.

Can I Refund a Sale Item?

Items that are purchased as permanently reduced stock cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty. In this case, the Online Department needs to be notified and the order needs to be returned back to their Online Department for further assessment. If the item is deemed faulty by their team, a refund will be issued for the amount paid. If your item is not faulty you can return your Sale item for an Online Store Credit, or return it in store for an Exchange or Giftcard only.

Can I return my item for an exchange?

Unfortunately, Forcast do not process exchanges within their Online Department, however, you can take the item you wish to exchange to any Forcast store along with your invoice and their team will be able to assist in processing this for you.
