Can I pick up my order?
At the present time, Catch offer their products for delivery by DHL courier only. Catch NZ headquarters and their warehouse locations are based in Melbourne, Australia and not set up to receive customers. They ask their members to please allow 5 - 7 days after dispatch for delivery, although they will certainly be doing their best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All ‘In Stock’ orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery for standard postage is 7 - 10 business days from the date your order is dispatched, depending on your postal code. All orders are shipped directly from their Melbourne warehouse in Australia to deliver to New Zealand. If you have not received your order within this time frame, just let them know and they will be happy to investigate.
Has my order been dispatched?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from Catch to advise you that it’s on the way. The dispatch notification means that your order has been packed and is waiting to be picked up from the warehouse by the delivery company, which occurs twice every weekday.
The email contains your shipping details such as the carrier, the carrier’s website and the tracking number. You can use this information to track the exact location of your parcel once it has left their warehouse. Once you receive your dispatch notification with your tracking number, you will be able to pinpoint exactly where your order is with DHL.
After your order is placed, it may take up to 5 days for the dispatch notification to be sent to you. Catch kindly ask for your patience during this time, as their Warehouse is working as quickly as possible to pack and send your order.
How much does the postage cost?
To confirm your exact postage costs, simply add your postcode in your Shopping Cart. Your postage cost will depend on a number of factors, including size and weight, your postcode, and where your items are being dispatched from. When in your Shopping Cart, you can also see a breakdown of postage for your items. If you have purchased items that are special order or from a third party seller, you may be required to pay multiple postage costs.
