Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! Canningvale currently offer international shipping to New Zealand, Singapore the Continental United States, as well as the rest of the world. If you would like delivery to a different country, please contact Canningvale to see what arrangements can be made.
My voucher code is not working. What do I do?
First of all, please check the following:
* Your voucher is valid for use for the current date.
* Ensure the voucher code is entered correctly, as it appears on your voucher.
* You have selected the currency for which your voucher is valid, at the top right of the website.
* You have the correct products in your Shopping Cart.
I have not received my order confirmation email.
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam.
Please contact Canningvale by live chat or email with your full name and order number and they will confirm your order.
What If I have received an error during checkout?
