Brosa Furniture accepts VISA, After Pay and Mastercard.
How can I track my order?
On the day of purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link which shows you the progress of your order.
When will I receive my order?
This depends on the availability of the product and your location.
Every product page shows you the lead time for each item and, if applicable, available variations. The lead time, or also dispatch time, tells you when the item is expected to be ready to leave Brosa Furniture Distribution Centre to travel to you.
Can you hold my order for a while?
If you need Brosa Furniture to keep your order on hold (e. g. because you are renovating or building), please contact them immediately after you placed your order and let them know when you expect to be ready to receive your delivery.
What if I got faulty or damaged products?
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify Brosa Furniture of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately. These must be reported within 21 days of the delivery. Faulty claims outside the 21 day reporting period will be assessed under warranty. Don’t forget to attach photos of the product and provide Brosa Furniture with as much information as possible so that they can assist you. Brosa Furniture team will review your completed form and contact you via email within one business day with the next steps.
