I made a mistake on my order, how do I correct this?
Once your order is placed, it is sent electronically to our warehouse for processing. Billy Guyatts are happy to make changes up until the point your order has been shipped or ordered in from one of our warehouses. After this point, they are unable to change or cancel it. If you have placed an order and you wish to change or cancel it, please PHONE them between 9 am and 5 pm Mon-Sat on 1300 727 967.
What if my order has not arrived?
If you have not received your order by 10 business days from the date of your order, please send an email to [email protected] or call them on 1300 727 967.
What if my order is delivered damaged!
If an item is damaged in transit, please be sure to report it to their Customer Service Team within 24 hours of signing for it. Their team will make arrangements for replacement or refund.
Are your products factory seconds or second hand?
All of their products are brand new and come with a full manufacturer warranty.
