They recommend calling our boutiques ahead of time to ensure the stock is available. Please note all orders placed online are sent from their warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
To get a refund the item must be in its original condition, meaning unworn, unaltered, with tags still attached and returned to Aje. within 14 days of the delivery date. Full priced items are eligible for a full refund or online credit. Items that are on sale or purchased during a promotional period are accepted for online credit which is valid for 6 months.
Exchanges are not available for online purchases, however, if you meet the refund requirements, you can purchase using online credit.
