What payment methods are accepted by the hotel?
Accor Hotels accepts Mastercard, VISA, PayPal, American Express, JCC, Diners, China UnionPay, Post Finance, ELO, Bancontact, Sofort, iDeal, Przelewy24, Alipay, WeChat, ShareGroop, and Banque Casino cards.
How do I search for a hotel?
If you know the exact name of your destination city, you can enter it in « Find your hotel ». This will take you quickly to the selection of their hotels available for your destination and the dates that you have specified. You can look at their full range of hotels without specifying your dates of stay. When you have chosen a hotel, you will then be given the option to book.
I didn’t receive a confirmation number when I completed my reservation?
There are four ways of finding out your reservation confirmation number :
*Check your inbox to see if you received an email confirmation of your reservation. The reservation number contains eight letters
*Go to your profile by clicking Log in to send the email again.
*Contact your hotel directly in order to check your reservation with them and obtain your confirmation number. You can find contact details on the hotel’s description page.
*You can also contact the Reservation Office.
What if I left something at the hotel?
If you leave a personal object in one of their hotels, please contact the hotel concerned directly. You can find the contact details on the description page of the hotel.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations with prepayment will not be subject to any changes and/or cancellations. The deposit (money paid in advance) will not be refunded.
